The Deal Analysis is the cornerstone of Occulus and is the basis of the dialog between the sales rep and the sales manager when conducting deal reviews and assessments, forecasting, resource allocation and other items
Using the deal analysis as a guide the sales rep knows what he/she has to do move the deal forward. The sales manager knows what the sales rep has to do and can offer assistance if & when necessary, but at a minimum can use it to monitor the sales rep’s progress. And you know that things are under control and there will not be any surprises.
